Darbhanga: - Senior RJD leader MLA from Alinagar assembly constituency and former minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui has decided to contest from 86 Kewati Assembly this time. Abdul Bari Siddiqui has a distinct identity not only in Mithlanchal but also in Bihar, which is why the people of Kewati have strongly welcomed his decision to contest from Kewati assembly constituency. Now the people of Kewati have decided to send Abdul Bari Siddiqui to the House. Abdul Bari Siddiqui  filed his nomination papers from Kewati assembly constituency today on 19 October 2020. Darbhanga Baghmore filed his nomination in the Commissionerate of Krishna Leela Bhavan. The above information has been given to the media by RJD leader Sonu Yadav.

After filing nomination, Abdul Bari Siddiqui said that soil and water is my identity. As an MLA from Alinagar (formerly Bahera), Alinagar assembly constituency first came on the administrative map of Bihar and now it is part of the political map. While many government offices including block, police station, hospital were built, dozens of roads and culverts were built, countless development works have been done. With social justice, I have served every section of the society without discrimination.


Now I have come to Kewati with this dream. I have been continuously communicating with the people of KVT under Loksangra Abhiyan through me and will issue my resolution letter for the development of KVT very soon.


Now that I have filed nomination from Kewati in the 2020 assembly elections, it is my duty as a public representative to put my work done for public evaluation. This strengthens democracy and also empowers people.


It is worth noting that the nomination and campaigning for the Bihar assembly elections 2020 is in full swing and the Bihar assembly elections will be completed in 3 phases on October 28, November 3 and November 7 and the counting of votes will take place on November 10.
